great unique campground; However no sign on hwy at turn-off.

We went later in the season. The toilet was super clean. The only downside was per forest service we werent allowed fires, but everyone there was having fires. It was a little concerning since the fire danger was still high and your stuck on this tiny peninsula.

Great campground, rough narrow road driving in but no big deal if you take it slow. Be sure not to follow Google directions or you will end up at a forest service gate. Reserved online, was overcharged and there was no reserved sign on my site upon arrival. Luckily my site was still available. Great campground.

We loved this campground. We will definitely be coming back. T-Mobile gets zero service

It was a great place to get away from it all, but still not be very far from Central Oregon’s largest cities. The campsites are dusty and if we didn’t have hot weather would have been tough for kids as the water was a great reprieve from heat and dust. There are lots of trails for mountain biking that we rode. The kids could kayak the river around the bend and take out on the other side and with a short walk could do it again.
