This campground is off the beaten path but well worth the extra time to get there. It's quiet with plenty of space and the camp hosts, Doug and Arva, were wonderful. They kept everything clean and orderly. We stayed in campsite 20 and it was fantastic. There are a few hiking trails accessible right from the campground and many more just a short walk or drive away. Room here for RVs and tents. Vault toilets were clean.

Hosts were so friendly and camp site was so beautiful and clean! It was very family friendly, planning a trip to go again. Had a great first camping trip with the family!

Only a very few other campers this time of year. The host was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were the cleanest we have EVER seen at a campground. Highly recommend this site.

Dairy Springs is a beautiful campground near Flagstaff. We camped Sunday through Wednesday and pretty much had the place to ourselves! The hosts, Arva and Doug were amazing. The camp was spotless. Lots of trails for hiking and close to Lake Mary.

This was the most hideous camping experience my family and I have ever experienced. The host the man and the woman were extremely rude and prejudice towards us during our stay we even left one day earlier. His rudeness and unprofessional behavior was so bizarre and unwelcoming he literally was yelling at us at the top of his lungs. I go camping every single month at different campsites and I have never experienced this unwelcoming experience ever. Typically when I go to a camp site The hosts always comes over and greets my family and I and ask us if there’s anything that we need. We never received any type of welcoming nor was the host helpful and was very rude about the different times of when the generator needed to be turned off and the kids riding on a very rocky dirt muddy road. I will be calling the refs.gov regarding this stay and I do not recommend anyone go there if they want to have a good time as it’s not a welcoming place for you and your family. Also we never received the rules of the camp ground and the times that the generator needed to be on and off none whatsoever instead we received a very rude and professional host screaming at us that it’s time to turn the generator off.

The campsite is clean and well-maintained. The ranger was making rounds regularly to check on things (and wave :)), which we appreciated. We had a nice, quiet, and relaxing Memorial Day weekend. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much.
