Nice classic campground, empty this time of year.

Excellent campground, especially for families or small group friends. Campsites are well spaced and most have good shade. Bathrooms could use a little maintenance but nothing unexpected for this type of camping. Mountain store nearby has extensive. Limited AT&T service, No Verizon service

Great time except the observatory is closed. We hiked there and there was no access. Still had an amazing time. The hike there alone was beautiful.

No toilette paper and nasty restroom

This was a great campground. Small intimate. Beautiful atmosphere.

Really great camping destination for a quick weekend away. The spot 029 was perfectly shaded and the nearby bathrooms were relatively well maintained during our stay (bring toilet paper with you though). The observatory was a great day destination and stargazing at night was perfect!

Beautiful campground. Roads around the camp are paved. The space between sites is enough to provide some privacy.
There are restrooms and separate showers in several locations. The observatory is close with trails to hike.

Nice campsite, nestled in the mountains. Gets really cold at night though, hit 30 in April at night.

Everything was great except the ‘water’ bathroom and showers were down because of broken pipes. Pit toilets were open and clean.
