Burnt Rancheria is kinduva hidden jewel. Sites are very spacious and feel even more secluded once leafed out for the summer. The campground butts up to the Indian reservation to the east and hosts part of the Pacific Crest Trail there. We saw lots of hikers and families. Seemed pet friendly. A little boisterous on Friday/Saturday nights, but that is everywhere these days. Sunday and the weekdays are only the birds and the wind. Nice bathrooms and water wherever you need it. Camp hosts are friendly and always about, checking on peeps and cleaning where necessary. My only complaint is that the firewood was very expensive at $8 a bundle. Better iff getting it at a grocery store on the way in. There is also a small cafe just outside the campground that looks nice. Didnt get the chance to try it tho.

Great family campsite in So Cal!

This is our second stay at this campground and we enjoyed it as much as the last time. The bathrooms are cleaned daily, the camp hosts are very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of trees and shrubs that allow for some privacy from other campers. We would definitely recommend to others and will be back.
