Beatiful location with huge campsites and super clean bathrooms/showers. Very friendly rangers, wonderful stargazing at night around the campfire.

Fabulously maintained campground. It was quiet and clean. The facilities were checked several times through the day. There was plenty of firewood for purchase and fire rings were cleaned out after each checkout. The campground hosts were very friendly. We have been going here for 30 years and it has always been wonderful.

This is my favorite campground in the San Diego area. I have stayed in a number of the sites, and they have all been great. I wouldn’t usually choose a site on the inside of a loop, but 31 was the only one left one time, and it’s ginormous! As is 30 just across the road. They are both really excellent, spacious sites. Haven’t stayed in any near the entrance (2, 3, 4, 5) but there’s a lot of traffic by those so I would avoid them if possible. Hosts are friendly.

The campground is very well maintained. Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen in quite a while and the camp hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Lots of good trails in the immediate area. I will definitely keep going here.
