Quartz Creek Campground is located in the Seward Ranger District, Chugach National Forest (1 hr 45 min southwest of Anchorage, AK) with an elevation of 449 feet. There are a total of 44 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid May to mid September. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 25 and 120 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill. Fees range from $23.00 to $33.00. Some amenities include sewer hookup, boat ramp, restroom. Activities include boating, fishing, floating sports.

Campground is located only a couple minutes from the brewery. Our site was near the boat launch which was also very convenient.

This spot is not on the water. It does not have tent sites except if you place them on the pad. Its barely wide enough to fit two vehicles. It was a big disappointment as on the map it shows it being on the water but indeed is in the middle with no privacy.

It was pretty frustrating that everybody and their brother was in a motorhome with generators running. And the guy with the drone really wasn't my favorite. I know I sound like a cranky white lady with a bob but I went to go be in nature and instead I was surrounded by loud technology.

Its very very frustrating to see so many reserved signs with no campers in the sites. Something needs to change with the reservations system to allow first come, first served people to make use of the campground. So many reserved sites sit empty & they would gladly be used by others.

Hands down the best campground in Alaska. Flat, level, paved, and improved sites. Flush toilets. Good cell coverage (Verizon). Walking distance to restaurant and bar. Showers and laundry within 10 minutes. Fish at the lake which the campground abuts, or float the river. Several fishing and float companies within 15 minutes. Several restaurants within the same 15 minute drive.

Fantastic campground. Both flush and pit toilets. Large, level, and improved sites. Good Verizon service. Laundry and showers at neaby Wild Man and also Kenai Princess RV park.

Nice clean campsite with great views! Saw Black bears, Dall Sheep and Mountain goats on the surrounding mountains! Looking forward to my next trip!

Wonderful camp site staff. Jerry is very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and diligent about his work, keeps the sites clean and organized. This is by far the best campground I have ever experienced!

Ideal location on the Kenai Peninsula and one of the best campground hosts we have ever encountered. Jerry was diligent in his care for the campground and always available. He gave us very helpful information on the area. We will be back!

Very nice clean campgrounds. The flush toilets make camping comfortable. Great location can walk for food beer and entertainment.

This campground is great. The host is very active. He makes sure everything is quiet after 10pm. Site 6 and site 4 on the map are reversed. Site 6 is not near the water. It's still an OK Site. If you wanted to be closer to the water get Site 4.
