This park is so beautiful. So glad we made the effort to visit. We got lucky and got a last minute campsite, though if I had a choice, I would definitely not choose site 23 again. It is literally connected to the campsite in front of it. Our picnic table was right next to our neighbors tent. As far as I could tell, this was the only campsite like it, with others having much more privacy. Most sites are not level, so be sure to check the description. We were able to level our camper with some effort. There is a shuttle that drops you off at Massai point, leaving one time/day at 9:10am. Though with checkout being at 11am, we couldn't use it because we wouldn't have made it back in time. How about making the checkout / checkin a little later?

Great little campground, very nice and helpful host. And of course the Chiricahuas are gorgeous.

A lovely, shaded campground along a flowing stream. The sites are tight, but ideal for tents or van, perhaps small trailers. We've stayed in the campground on four occasions and it has always been clean, quiet, and great for birdwatching. We love hiking in the monument, but parking is always an issue at the trailheads. I certainly don't support the effort to make this a national park to bring in more visitors. There is simply not enough space for any more cars.

Wonderful campsite and National Monument. I have a small teardrop camper and the site was perfect.

This is a beautiful campground with great amenities and most of the sites are nicely shaded. The tree canopy proved a bit of an issue in the winter camping we did because it made it a challenge to charge with our solar panels. But, I imagine that the shade in the summer is needed to combat the heat. The campground offers easy access to trails and the scenic drive to the Masai Point lookout. The rock formations are other-worldly and a must-see for anyone passing through.

Excellent campground and park experience, quality staff at visitor center and campground. I did have to leave early as I had continuing internet business to attend to. There is NO CELL Service at the campground that I could find. Outstanding views and trails.

Bonita Canyon is a lovely campground. We had a clean functional bathroom and potable water right by our campsite. The sites are lovely and shady. I would stay here again without hesitation!

This national monument is stunning, peaceful, biodiverse, well maintained, well appointed, and a real pleasure to visit. The small campground is well laid out, clean and has heated bathrooms and flush toilets. The remote location and small campground keep the park uncrowded. Great place to relax and commune with nature.
