Camp host welcomed us and offered to bring us a hiking map. Fellow campers were quiet, dogs were on leash and the campground was very clean. The bathrooms were clean and warm.

I Love this place! The hikes are fantastic, the campground is adequate and the visitor center is top notch. The only problem I had was getting into my site 24. My rig is 25.5ft and the slope was down in back, so in order to use my auto-leveling jacks I have to keep my back wheels on the ground so had to pull straight in. There were two big rocks (which should be removed as they serve no purpose!) on the road-site which prevented a clear turn into the site going forward. I had to 'jocky' in around, I don't know, maybe 10 times to finally pull in cleanly. But that was only half the problem as I still had to get out of the site!Anyway, the rocks are AMAZING here so don't bypass this park!

This was an absolutely beautiful campground and a lovely secluded spot. We did a lot of hiking and enjoyed our stay.

The campground was a great place to spend a chilly night in November. The site was easy to find and the perfect size for our 3P tent, the truck, and a few chairs around the grill. The heated bathrooms made the stay great for my 5 year old son, who loved his first time at the campground. It's proximity to the trails made it great to get two hikes in on a one night stay. I'd strongly encourage everyone to check out the campground and camp. The site is great for tent camping, but judging by the number of small trailers or camp cars set up, you could enjoy it via many modes.

Chiricahua National Monument is an amazing place, and the campground was great.

Small campground with easy access to Monument highlights. I recommend calling the Monument office ahead of camping trip as some sites have obstacles (trees, boulders) which could impact parking an RV or trailer safely. Tenters will have no problems. There are two cement wash crossings to maneuver. Its a great location for day hikers to explore. Visitor Center staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a nice campground with plenty of space between sites. The running water and heated restrooms were much appreciated. When reserving a particular site, pay extra attention to the vehicle / camper length limit. Though I was within my length limit for my particular site, it was still difficult to fit my camper and vehicle onto the pad. This is definitely not a location for big campers or long vehicle / trailer combos.

Great campground with easy access to the canyon and visitors center. Close proximity to the trading post as well. Very quiet with many empty sites this time of year.

This campground is quaint, clean, well maintained and quite special. The bathrooms with flushing toilets, accessible water and availability to walking/hiking trails were just a few of our favorite things. In my experience, this campground has all the amenities that are necessary for comfort and safety.

Campground was very nice! Hiked to the lookout, a little difficult for two older people with bad backs but we did it and felt great. We had a wonderful time and go back.

Campsites are small, length requirement is for good reason. A little out of the way but well worth it for a couple good days of epic hiking.

Campsites are not adequate as described. We were within the length limit of our site, but it was not possible to safely back in. Low branches on trees and lack of turning space resulted in not being able to use the site. A big disappointment not expected.

The campground is well maintained, facilities clean, a great place to de compress from every day life in the "city." The peace, quiet, clean crisp mountain air makes for a restful nites sleep. Campers overall try to be respectful of other campers.

My fav campground, by far!!!
