Excellent campground! I'm a car camper who uses a tent and camps alone. I like the solitude. This campground has numerous sites that are relatively private. I will say there was a large group my second night that was loud well after quiet time. This probably should have been dealt with better. I just didn't worry about how much noise I made when I went fishing before sunrise.
The boat landings were sketchy at best. One did not reach the lake and it would have been easy to get stuck. The one closest to the campground had a channel that was very low. Another fisherman told me he lost his transducer in the channel. I understand lake levels were low but this is not an uncommon occurrence. There should be a better way to access the lake during drier summers.
The outhouses were the cleanest ever! There were also plenty of outhouses.
I shall return!
