Incredibly gorgeous and unique place!Isolating, peaceful and beautiful, especially during spring.Campsites are small but enough for a 4-person tent (we stayed at #4)Bear-proof food lockers are very useful not only for keeping all of your food safe, but also for making it possible to use a camp stove - it could be a challenge to use the stove because of the almost constant wind on the island.Restrooms were clean and equipped with everything.Weve never seen so many seagull eggs and chicks so close.A little bit noisy but absolutely unforgettable experience! We took 4 gallons of water for 2 nights, 3 people. It was enough.Overall, I have a positive experience regarding the trip and camping!

A stunning island with 10 thousand seagulls surrounding you!

Quite an experience to be surrounded by about 10 thousand seagulls who own the island. We spent one night there which was enough for us to see everything several times. The views were amazing, the boat ride from Island Packers not only got us there and back but gave us helpful information about the islands. We saw a pod of hundreds of dolphin on the way out which was an amazing sight. The sheer cliffs around all the island limit access to the water everywhere on the island except at the ladders at the boat loading area. It was windy and cold there most of the time and quite a bit of dust blew into our tent, but that is all part of camping.

I went for weekend camping. You have to plan everything very well. My mistake was that I did not bring rain fly. There was no rain during my visit, but moisture from ocean went into the tent in the middle of the night. Beside this, it was a great experience!
