Love the beauty and simplicity of the campground. Wish the last unpaved portion of the road from the North was grated better.

Fantastic campground in Chaco Canyon! Very clean bathrooms and the sites were well spaced and very quiet. Want to come back and stay longer!

the volunteers and rangers were fantastic! explaining and generously giving their time. Thanks for all the organisation around the solstice. Thanks, for all the history around the skyit was a magic evening program. The performance and the park is exceptional! And in a special class.

It is very nice. The restroom facilities are nice. It's your best option near the monument. It would be a long drive in with a trailer

I understand why we must drive 25 mi over unpaved road --- we need to learn the lesson, we need to get the message... & what better way!!We were charged $20 / night for 2 nights when we both have senior passes & I gave my number when I registered. Don't really begrudge you the extra money -- its just the idea that we were denied what we were entitled to.

Very difficult to get too because of the road but a beautiful location with outstanding bathroom facilities.

Great camp ground, very clean bathrooms, with motion lighting. Gald to see limit sizes on RVs , tent camping locations large and flat. No generator noise ...hope it stays that way. Camp hosts were very friendly and humorous ! We were fortunate to attend two guide presentations by retiring ranger Steve of 22 yrs experience at Chaco. Weather was great for the 5 days . Hiked every trail in Canyon, mornings were mostly by ourselves on trail.

Nice campground! A little tight for larger RV.
Beware the washboard road in! Well worth the journey!

Loved it just the way it was.

We could not get into the camp ground. The road was gravel washboard for 20 miles. We turned around and found other accomodations.

This is my idea of camping. The drive in from the south was challenging and long, but once we arrived it was all worth it. Quiet campground, clean restrooms, spacious site, sweeping views of the canyon and hiking trails from the campground. We love exploring and finding unexpected petroglyphs. I found some bear paw petroglyphs.
