Mid July and no water turned on yet seems a bit of a stretch. campground was clean and mostly quiet. Something needs to be done about the outlaws from the forest who feel they have access to the campground facilities and tear through on their ATVS; this is my third year coming there and it hasn't changed. Pretty unfair to the campground host who has to deal with them.

Nice campground. Unfortunately no host, so our reserved spot was taken by someone else, because their reserved spot was taken by someone else. We got it worked out, but I paid $28 for basically an outhouse.
The campfires were so plentiful that the air quality was terrible and I had trouble breathing.
And people running generators practically all night.
But the morning was very peaceful, and I took a short hike on the CDT

Beautiful area, nice campground with sites not too close to each other. Continental Divide Trail runs right through the campground, perfect for hiking. Fishing nearby at the lake which many anglers enjoyed. There was no potable water available when we were there as it had been turned off but we were e-mailed that info prior to our arrival.
