Also, it took forever and a week for them to respond to several phone calls for the access code we were never able to use.
Pro tip: bring a sleeping pad or other cushioning if you intend on using the bunk beds. I used doubled up sleeping bags and blankets and it was fairly comfortable.
There are lots of flying insects and mice can be a problem, although none were present during my stay, just evidence of prior occupation.
I was able to get a cell signal at the top of the driveway (t-moble) and was able to check my messages a couple times a day.
There is an old barn and corral area and a dilapidated workshop/garage that can be explored, in addition to the cow camp next door. During my stay there were plenty of wildflower blooming and tons of birds if you are into birding. if you bring your dog they will have a blast exploring and sniffing everything.
