We stayed in site 27 and really enjoyed it there! We had our own little dock down the steps on the river. The only downside of staying at this site was that it was directly across the river from the platform for others to enjoy, so not much privacy at all. Also, apparently the best fishing is on the other side of our campsite and we had people literally walking through our campsite to get to the favorite fishing spot every single day.

It was great. I just wish I could more time. I had a horrible time to get camping spot. I work up everyday to get it. And for 6 months

Third time there this summer. Very wonderful place. One small detail, during the three days we were there the hand sanitizer dispenser in the vault toilets was always empty.

Beautiful campground! When we can go there, it is nice. HOWEVER, we are constantly FRUSTRATED to find that folks reserved the ONLY ACCESSIBLE site out each year before January 15 has even arrived. Please consider more accessible sites for folks who are truly handicapped, with a state approved tag or license plate, with a walker or cane, an oxygen tank, or a wheelchair. There is a reason WE NEED these sites. Appreciate the opportunity to say something as the HOSTS just state there is nothing they can do.
