Could park multiple cars on this site. A bit uneven surface which makes sleeping an issue.

No parking spots for this specific site. Also very small relative to other nearby sites.

Lake side campsite was a scenic treat

We backed our small 20 foot travel trailer into space 44 and it was so slanted downhill that we chose to keep it attached to the truck for safety reasons. With several blocks we were able to lift it to nearly level.

5 Stars A Wonderful Family Camping Experience!Our recent camping trip was everything we hoped for and more! The campsites were spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of space and privacy. We were especially impressed by how clean the restrooms and amenities wereit's clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape.The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful, offering peaceful views and plenty of opportunities to explore nature. Whether we were hiking, relaxing by the fire, or just enjoying the fresh air, we felt completely immersed in the outdoors.What really made the trip special, though, was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone we encounteredfrom staff to fellow camperswas warm and kind, creating a sense of community that made our stay even more enjoyable.Were already looking forward to coming back and making this one of our go-to camping destinations. Highly recommend for families and anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful and well-cared-for setting!

The lake is beautiful, but there lot of rock and wood log under the water, please making sure to prepare to wear water shoes. The restroom are very clean and with warm shower, love it!

Although there was no check-in process, we found our sight, with a paper note, that showed our reservation.For the most part, the camp was clean and well maintained. The shoreline was free of debris and wood.The water level was quite high but the launch ramp was fine. Make sure to bring a mussel sticker and a boat license.

Beautiful campground. Very clean. Amazing lake views.

Fun place to camp but it's noisy at night. Quiet hours aren't honored, so bring ear plugs. People partied all night. We were there on the weekend so maybe weekdays aren't as bad. The lake is fun. Restrooms have flush toilets and were clean.

I absolutely loved the RV spots as it had electricity and water of course. The only thing I did not like is that the noise curfew is not respected by all visitors and the ranger drove by and didn't say anything so it seems like its not enforced

We were camped in campsite number one, number two and number five. The only complaint that I have is campsite number one has a big tree in the driveway that is covered with sap which drops down to the ground and then you have sap all over your shoes all over your camper the awning Otherwise it was a great camping trip

The toilets were plugged and not usable over the weekend. They got cleaned up on Monday. Everything else was fine.

Pretty long route to circumnavigate the lake on foot, plan to bring food, snacks, good shoes, a wise mind and an entire day.

Let me start by saying these campsites are very clean . Showers are clean and the lake is very clean and fun to enjoy spend some time with family.I enjoyed fishing,hiking, picnicing and spending some time at the playground with my daughters. 2 local liquor markets are nearby that make a grabbing last minute items easy. Plenty of campsites, I would recommend this campsites to friends and family 100%

This is a hard one. I wanted to really like this site, and it missed on a couple of levels. In fairness, the campground was full and most of the people appeared to be families interested in the lake, lots of motorized activity - loud trucks, jetskis, etc. The campsite we had was OK, but a little off-camber and there was a fair amount of trash in some of the outline posts and on the ground. We were there for a single night and left at first light.The bathroom was reasonably clean, and the showers worked. I'd go back, but only off-season when everyone is in school and not interested in using the lake.

Pros: Campsite was decently clean, bathrooms were clean + functioning etc. Lake is beautiful, was overflowing when I was there!Cons: Not super quiet, some motorcycles driving back and forth late at night, younger group of campers rolled up around 11PM and proceeded to have a raging bonfire for 3 hours, and it appears there's some people who may be living there (had no issues with them other than some periodic dog barking, but just as an FYI). All in all, a good place if you just want to be outside and are fine listening to some music on your headphones rather than trying to ~ get away from it all ~

So it was a great quiet campground. However campsite 18 is not flat and was difficult to setup the trailer. The hookups for the electric and water and sewer were too far away and I had to go purchase extensions. There were other flat spots that were open but the website wouldn't let me change sites because they didn't open them online until Inwas getting ready to leave on Monday. I was considering just using one, but I didn't want to accidently take someone's spot. Overall I would come back here again, just not use site 18

Campgrounds themselves are sufficient. Although you may hear dogs barking in the distance at surrounding country properties. Also you can hear the hwy 20 (not too high traffic). Also, lake Mendocino was very low and seemed more like a geese pond. We paddleboard for 20 mins and got out because the water seemed gross. I would camp here again, but it definitely wouldnt be my top 5 choices.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
