We had a lovely experience. Other reviews of this site are correct. There is a clearing in the bushes for a 2 person tent, but no larger. A larger tent could fit at this site but would require being placed too close to the fire pit. This site worked great for us, as we only needed one 2 person tent. The site is close to the bathrooms (but not too close) with great vicinity to everything Bryce Canyon offers.

Campsite C305 needs a tent pad build on the site. The camp ground is very nice & the restrooms are kept clean by the staff. The only issue I had was with campsite C305. Due to the erosion washing away top soil exposing rocks there is only one area where a tent can be set up. That area is under a couple Cedar trees with very low branches & to only a few feet away from the fire creating a fire hazard. I would not recommend campsite C305 for any tents large then a 2 person backpacking tent until the Park Service installs a tent pad. There is a reason there are no photos available for campsite C305.

The park was beautiful and we absolutely loved it! My only complaint isn't related to the park itself, just the campers and lack of enforcement of the rules. We camped in the tent only area, and ended up having partiers next to us who weren't there to enjoy nature, they were there to party with their friends. The rules say a max of 2 tents and 2 vehicles. They had 3 tents and 3 vehicles, and were allowed to do so. They didn't follow the quiet hour rules at all, and were the rudest campers I have ever camped next to. After they left, a camper van set up in a tent only site. And again, were allowed to do so. We saw multiple camper vans in tent only sites. Incredibly frustrating to people who camp in the tent only sites to get away from lights to see the stars, and enjoy the peacefulness of nature.
