Campsite was great. Camp host would not even come out of his camper to talk with visitors who had questions. Spoke to us through his window and was very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Really great. Keep in mind its close to the highway so a fair amount of traffic in and out of the campsite. But amazing. Close to the restaurant. Close to the springs and hiking. Great cell phone reception.

Fantastic scenery at campground. Great views and access to the Payette River. Great hot springs nearby. Bring your own firewood! Campfires are allowed but there is NO firewood available at campground or nearby.

Mountain-view is my favorite place to camp. This trip, we shared a companion site with our friends and there was plenty of room. The upgrades they made to the campground a couple of years ago, are awesome. Nice, flat areas for tents and new fire rings. The sound of the rushing river make for the best naps ever.

This specific campsite was too close to the road and there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the day. The bathroom was clean. There was a camp hosts campsite set up, however, there was no sign of the camp host during my visit.

Beautiful campground - this was not our first time there. Normally, I would have given it a 5-star rating but not this trip. We came in on a Monday and left on Friday. We didnt see the camp host on site until Friday. The two toilet vaults we had access to ran out of toilet paper on Wednesday so we had to bring our own. My wife took our broom over to sweep out the toilet mid-week; the trash was never emptied while we were there. On Thursday morning, while we were out on a walk, we saw a box of TP under the camp hosts trailer so we decided to restock two of the bathrooms. Other than that, its a great campground.

It's a wonderful campground when the bathroom is maintained!

This is a great place to go to get away from it all and the hosts are amazing!

Stayed 2 days at Mountain View, camp host was excellent. Found us a place for our extra truck and trailer near our camp. Would also do regular laps through the campground which made us feel good since had rafting gear and what not in our camp while running the local rivers. It is ideal for a rafting or kayak trip.

Convenient water access. 5 mins away from kirkham hot spring. A lot of mosquitos though

We stayed 3 nights. The site was clean and by the river. But the bathroom was dirty and ran out of toilet paper. And the trash bins were overflowing as well with bags laid on top of containers. Camp host had a trailer set up but their truck was NEVER there. Never saw them once in 3 days.

We go every year around June for remembrance of my sister. She loved this campground and enjoyed watching the rafters and kayakers. We also enjoy the campground hosts. They are very friendly and always have the best stories to tell.

#14- Great spot. Perfect little private beach/ swimming hole. They have improved the tent site area as well. Always a good stay @ MV.

This campsite was not our original plan, but we are SO glad we decided to go with it. We had the double site (#13) and I cannot recommend it enough! It was so spacious for both our families and a 10 second walk to this beautiful river access spot. We stayed out there all day, it was amazing. Perfect spot for fishing too! Very quiet campground, well definitely come back again next year!

Picked spot 11 for tent basecamp while out exploring the area over the weekend. Not a lot of shade but a nice spot. The camping spot was very clean and right next to the river. It’s close to spot 10, so hopefully you get good neighbors. We lucked out with good neighbors so it made our experience even better. Camp host was very nice and made sure we had no questions or issues.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
