The website list site 3 will handle a 45 foot trailer. I have a 30 foot trailer that I tried to get in but couldnt. The site is maybe 20 feet long.

Nice campground off the main highway and not too far from Idaho City. Right next to the water, so it kept the area around us nice and cool. Lots of stuff to do in the area.

Trailer did not fit in camping spot even though it said it would fit, park bench was on the opposite side of the trailer, and the next camping spot was less that 5 feet away

This has been an annual camping spot for several years now. We found this location to be ideal for our Father's Day excursion and have loved it, but this year our nicely secluded hideaway was thinned out leaving it open enough to see all the other sights. Not sure how much of those trees cut down were intentionally done, but it was the fact previous campers just crapped around the camp site instead of using the provided facilities. And it stunk! I hope next time is better.
Accessible bathrooms , access to the creek flowing by , fire pits .
Will be back ! ?? ??

Very dangerous campsite. There is a Large tree root sticking out from the ground and I tripped over it and hit my face on the pic nic table and broke 3 bones in my face and also I now require dental work to fix my front teeth. I tried to "chat" with customer service but the wait is 27 minutes. I do not drink or do drugs. So that did not contribute to the accident. I just want someone to go and either shave the root down and/or make the site safe for everyone.

This place is such a great weekend getaway! Will definitely come back here next season!
This was my first time camping in the 10 mile campground. I was in Spot #3 for 2 nights, so became familiar with the lower level (the right turn into the campground as you come up from Idaho City). As nice as spot #3 was, there was a decent 100 foot or so distance from where my pop-up trailer was set up, to the picnic table / fire ring area. If one was tent camping, the tent location is much closer to the Picnic / fire area. Easily the best two locations in that loop would be #1 and #2.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
