Spent a couple days in this lovely little space. This was our second visit. We slept so good. It definitely is a nice place to stay. There was a summer storm that rolled through our second night, it was amazing, being so close. There were no cows in the adjacent field this time, that was a bummer, but that's okay, maybe next time. I have 2 suggestions 1) Don't leave anything on the ground under the tree by the door, or it'll be covered with boxelder bugs, in no time. 2) Don't close the over door too fast or it'll put the over flame out, or put the flame a little higher.

This was one of the nicer recreation cabins that we have stayed at. Very clean and great beds even in the bunkhouse.The bunkhouse has 2 small beds and 1 larger sized bed.The main cabin has 1 large bed and 2 couches and a toilet and shower. The creek that runs near it is also very nice and can hear it when you sit outside.There are a lot of hummingbirds there and filled the feeders twice a day when we stayed here. Next people staying here please bring more sugar.This a wonderful place and wished we had more time to stay.I

I like this cabin because it is local for us, and after the remodel it is much more functional.

My family and I have stayed at this couple a couple times throughout the years and the renovations that they recently did are amazing. The bunkhouse is such a great bonus!! The main cabin is so nice and clean as well. The upgrades in the bathroom are very nice!

Exceeded expectations. Only small issue was locating it. There's signs mostly posted from Ola but at one fork in the road, there's nothing.. go right towards the National Forrest. Also, the dirt road in a fair ways of travel (not mentioned in the directions). Cabin is set back on the right behind a gate, easily missed on first drive by.

Nice clean cabin. There are dozens of cows around with several wandering into the cabin parking and picnic area. That didn’t bother us. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

was happy to see it was cleaned. shower needs a mat or a door,; it leaks on the floor. has a hook up for lights outside, theres cord i found for generator. has a solar light on the back door for the bunk house guest needing to use the bathroom the cook stove does have a problem with pilot
lite staying lit so check that a lot if you smell gas., bring extra aaa and d size batteries for lights there. bring lots of bug spray. there are gaps in the screens that let gnats in so bring screen molding, only one in front room is good.
