I don’t post much, but this time I felt compelled to do so. The campground host was rude and unprofessional when she approached us about our dogs barking in our camper while we went into the town of Buffalo. We totally understood and acknowledged it was not fair to the other campers that our dogs were disturbing them. They're puppies and this is the first time we took them camping. At the same time how she approached us made us feel very uncomfortable! How she approached and her rudeness made us decide to leave the next morning! We did not complain when her dog got loose and came after my wife and our to puppies while they were walking around the campground. Thankfully another camper was walking and got control of the dog and return it to the hosts campsite. She never once said hello or welcomed us to the campground. It was obvious it was more or less a locals only campground. It’s a beautiful campground and last years campground host was very warm and inviting. She stopped by often to see how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed. She was a wonderful. We were looking so forward to coming back to Boulder Park campground. We booked a 10 day stay and left after three days into our stay because of the host. We ended up going to another campground around Cody and had a great time. We will never go back to Boulder Park Campground. I personally have been coming to Wyoming for over 30 years and love this state!! It’s so beautiful and there’s so much to do!!

We had a spot next to the river and it was great. A few bugs, but once we lit the fire they were no longer an issue. Clean spots, flat for tents or RV. Access was simple and easy to reach. Night star views were incredible.
