I loved the fact that the site is a mile from Rt. 41 and you don't hear any noise from cars/trucks. I really enjoyed site #13. I even had intermittent cell signal with mint mobile/T-mobile.

Burns Lake never disappoints, it's beautiful & it is quiet. The only problem that I noticed there on my last visit, and I have NEVER seen this before, people are now (obviously allowed to) camp with their smaller camping rigs in the TENTS only sites. TENTS only should mean TENTS only. These larger & heavier rigs are tearing up the ground, making the grass turn to dirt & mud.

It was nice and quiet. Beautiful night sky. I would recommend.

Great spot doesn't get overcrowded the north Trails pretty cool as long as you're brave enough to go all the way to where the Bigfoot sightings are. And if there's nobody there and you're by yourself prepare for Panthers

I love Burns Lake Campground. The place is very quiet and tranquil in the mist of nature. The hosts there are awesome people. Going back again very soon. You can do kayaking/canoeing nearby. They also have backcountry trails nearby plus other activities as well.

Love the primitive campground. Night stars were amazing. Unfortunately the dew is so heavy there it is hard to enjoy the evenings or mornings as everything gets soaked to the bode even on the most beautiful clear days and nights. But the quiet and solitude are perfect for peaceful camping.

Lovely, scenic campsite after a day of hiking in Fakahatchee. Some of fellow campers were loud, but what can you do
