I had two spots for 6 days. One for my camper and one for my boat. On the third day while out on the lake they decided to sell my second spot even though it was paid for because nothing was in it and they thought no one showed up. Regardless it being paid for. Thinking someone snuck in there for free I was upset at them and told them to move I had paid for it in advance and was using it. I had to go talk to the people running it and realized it was their mistake and felt bad for the other campers. In return that took time from my vacation. I had to wait over an hour before I could park my boat. I was told I didnt leave a chair or trash bag in my spot to let them know it wasn't being used when they took my reservation off the sign. I decided well things happen it's fixed oh well. Then I went to purchase fire wood paid for two bindles, and apologised to the people running it for being angry at the campers in my spot. Then I was told how they said I was a B. Itch... and how they made it right by personally using their own truck to help move them to a new location, and gave them free firewood since they started a fire in my spot so the other campers were happy and it was a better spot too. Was not a good way to spend my vacation when planned and paid for in advance. The year before was wonderful under the previous people running it. And the year before that was fantastic. So I was a returning customer that pays for two spots in advance for 6 days each spot. I am so humiliated and being put into a situation like that I dont think I can ever go back and I loved that campground.
