We loved our favorite campsite. The park was quiet with the storms coming. Nice hot water in the showers. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved it only thing I would change is the water hook up on site 10 you have to share with site 11 other then that we had a fabulous time

We went in late August after school started back and campground was very quiet, not many campers on site so that was very nice. Only downside was that it was the end of August and it was hot. Campground sits in a low hollow below the lake damn with lots of trees so there was not much breeze. River was not flowing much due to decreased volume out of the dam so did not bring much relief. Other than the weather, the campground is just beautiful. We had a wily racoon who was able to open ice chests and enjoys, grapes, peaches, lunch meat and hotdogs so secure the lid to your ice chest! Bathrooms are kept clean and showers worked. Nice play ground for the littles. Would return again.

There was supposed to have been a water hook up for #10 but I was unable to locate it. Not a very good place to go fishing due to everyone else swimming/floating. Other than that it was a very pretty place. Definitely a getaway from the outer world because there is no cell service at all.

Lets start with the fact that our site said water - but it did NOT tell me I would need 60 freakin feet of hose & a splitter (Y) in order to use water from the site on the other side. Speaking of water, at 10pm on a Saturday night the water went out & did not come back until 11am Sunday (on our way out)No foliage upkeep at the site or the walk down to the river, grass high, trees down, etc.If I had known that this camping trip would cost me an extra $60 just to use water - we would have chose a different spot.

Beautiful scenery, quiet, clean campgrounds, hot water showers. Capped off an amazing end to our honeymoon!!

The campground was wonderful. It was very well maintained. Our campsite did not have water but we managed without it as we were tent camping and didn’t need much water. Also our grill was broken and we had planned to use it as our only means of cooking meals. We were able to set it on the ground and use it, it did not have a bottom but we didn’t starve! Don’t let these things deter you though bcz we had such and good time and the views are amazing!!
