The dump station was down 2days or moreThe site we camped had chunks of concrete and asphalt laying around People driving fast thru camping area People camping in tents no cars Just not feeling safe there

We enjoyed the wooded setting of Loop B, however the site pads are old and narrow.

This park has a lot of potential, however the pads are in need of repair. B22 was very narrow, has a severe drop at the edge of blacktop, when you stepped of the bottom step there was only about 3 before the drop. Also water and mud washed across the street end of driveway , about 2 of water next to drivers side door making it impossible to exit my truck without getting my shoes soaked. Some sites were pretty nice, but you cant tell which ones are bad when you are reserving on line. On a positive note, the bathrooms and showers were very clean and in good condition!

We have stayed at Springhill a number of times but it appears that the maintenance of the park is dwindling. Its not bad however we had to select a alternative site due to the unevenness of the site. The one of two options were uneven and a drop off on the park slab of about 4 inches. The hosts were polite and answered questions when we asked so that was good, The facilities were not used but they appeared clean.

Springhill is a beautiful and peaceful campground. If you ever need to stay around Ft. Smith, Springhill is the place! And the price is unbelievably inexpensive!

Beautiful park! Was quite with lots of room between spots. Not all have water and power so be careful when selecting your spot. No cell phone service.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving week! We decided to have our own holiday in the camper because of the rising COVID numbers in our area. We made the best of a bad situation and ended up having one of the best Thanksgiving meals and time spent together outside in the beautiful weather! We plan on doing it again next year!! Maybe gonna start a NEW family tradition
