great outing, was a bit muddy in spots due to recent rains. except for the fact that we were in the flight path of planes coming in for a landing at a nearby airport it was very peaceful. saw some barges going down the river next to the camp sights. all in all very enjoyable . will plan to go there again.

The campground and site is very nice. We arrived at night and got into our site just fine. Later, we were surprised by being able to see the moon's reflection on the lake just behind us. That said we were disappointed the first night when none of the restrooms were working. The signs looked like they'd been up for a while, so I thought it might have been a seasonal closure. Late the next day they said they were having issues with the water pump. Fortunately the water at the site was working fine. We were in site B14 which was too shaded for Starlink, but we had good enough ATT cell coverage.

Didnt enjoy my time here. The lady at the entry was very rude. The first day I was there they said to unhook our water from the faucet. That The faucets had enough winterize to be fine but would freeze in our campers. After the freezing weather was over it took three days to get water. My mom had reserved the second two weeks in her name and the lady called and threatened me that unless she was with me we could both loose our America the beautiful cards, and in a hateful way. My mother had died before the reservation so couldnt be with me. I offered my card number but she said no

Beautiful area and the shade from trees helped with the high temps during the day.

Very nice park. Some RV sites are really excellent. On,y down side is no sewer connection.

Was nice camping, bath and shower house was fairly clean. Water pressure was not very good.

Very nice Camp Ground! Also, the bike trails are fun too. Very close to the cities of Barling and Fort Smith in case you need to go into town for something, the boat ramps are nice if you're a boater.

We had campsite 14 on the B Loop and the view was amazing! Plenty of room for our camper with 2 slides. There is hiking available in the park and the trails were very easy to walk. We will definitely camp here again!

Nice facility. Most sites are not level. Need to look at pictures very closely. Despite the above, nice site and great staff. Helped me change sites when Recreation.gov was useless.

Beautiful ParkThe campsites are very spacious and we loved all the trees. The hiking/biking trail was excellent.

Very good RV and camping grounds. Super clean, nice environment. So relaxing being able to watch the barges on the river. Now my complaint. The only grilling area for the camp site had been abused and bent to the point it could not be used to grill on. These camp sites have had the stand up grills removed. I have heard more campers tell me the same thing. They need to reinstall them. Even when it is not damages, it makes it difficult to cook on the same pit as your camp fire is in... please consider reinstalling the charcoal grills
