Well maintained, clean and beautiful. We are looking forward to making this a main stop in the Ft. Smith area.

The campground was nice and convenient. The new bathhouse in A was really nice. However, the electricity was out sporadically the last part of our trip which also caused no water in the campground. When the power was on, we had reduced amps, causing our A/C to not fully cool. With us having an infant and the high heat, we had to stay at a hotel for the last night.

Flooding required entering from the west side, but the campground is wonderful! The site for my motorhome was concrete, level, and right on the water. Bathrooms were near and CLEAN! The pavilion was a great place for our group to gather. Great campground!

Sites are nicely spread out, paved and level side to side. We stayed just as a quick overnight, and I'd highly recommend it. Not too far off I40.

Good location. Showers were a little hike away, and you could not directly drive to that loop.The water view was much better than expected.

Usually I enjoy my stay here but this time there was no water due to a leak in the park. Stayed 5 days only had water 1 day. The restrooms and showers were all closed as well as the dump stations

The grass was knee deep. We go there very often It has never been like this before. We were there for 43 wedding anniversary and we couldn't go fishing. The banks, going to bathroom and camp sites were knee deep in grass growed up. I called the gate he said they were supposed to be mowing. But know one came to mow.

Wonderful camp site except for A section does not have bucket hangers like B section does.

Nice wide site, right on the water. Close to the clean bathrooms and easy to put a kayak in (the water, not the bathrooms) or fish (Again, the water). Quiet and clean. The could use a sign pointing to the entrance to the loop, after passing the dam or you end up at the boat dock if you're not looking at the right time.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I stayed in the A Loop and it only has 30 amp service. Need 50 amp service to run both air conditioners.The B Loop has 50 amp Service but is wooded and no water biew of the Arkansas River.The A 12 is a good site and level front to back. the drivers side is about 1.4" low, put some levelers on that side.Nice view of Massard Creek and right by the boat ramp.My wish list for this facility would be 50 Amp service on both loops and sewer service
