I called tge lady at the front desk, several days prior to planned arrival. We qualified for one of the medical spots however they could not be booked online i booked c10 to make sure We had a place to go once there. Upon checking kin I ask the lady about the Medical spots I was trying to book. She said all were full that I had to book online. I told her I needed rhe spot until the 16th.. She rudely said, well that is your fault. All week long I went back to see her asking fir help.. She refused to help me... She was rude and condensending. There were spots available however I had to relocate to Toad Suck due to her lack of assistance. There were tree limbs falling in the park very near my car. There were no maps , park layout upon check in.. no only me but I watched several campers wondering around looking for their campsites all week long. I feel the lady working there is a horrible attendant.. not professional or even cordial the park is a beautiful park if it was maintained.

We enjoyed that the park was right on the Arkansas river, so it had an amazing view. It was really close to everything but the park itself was secluded.
