No gate attendant that we saw in 5 days.

Grass had not been mowed in weeks. Mesquitos were horrible if you went off pavement and into tall grass. One camp host site had a commercial mower that was only used once during our 4 nites and none around the campsites. Other than the above the campground was very plesant

Great Place To Camp - this was one of our favorite stops on a cross country trip this winter!Well maintained sites, level & wide. Not too close together.

Very nice park, quiet, well maintained, very clean., dogs welcome. Whenever we pass thru the area we always try to stay here. We have a 30 travel trailer.

We always love going to Maumelle, even though we live only about a 15-minute drive away. Something about entering the park makes us feel like we've finally gotten away from it all. Love the river sites the most, but the shaded spots closer to the park boundaries are often just as nice. The good thing about it is the nearest grocery store and restaurants are not more than five minutes away; but if a lovely state park is more your thing, then Pinnacle Mountain State Park is a great way to go, too--and it is only five minutes the other direction.

Beautiful park and our spot on the lake (B20) was fantastic! I took off one star because of the lack of signage. It took us a couple laps around the wrong loops until we figured out where our spot was.

We had a waterfront site, but in retrospect wish we were back in the sites with trees. We will try to get more information about sites in the future. Beautiful campground. Would recommend it.

Beautiful park. Lots of grass and trees. It's as though they employee a team of landscape gardeners. Good birding, also. And the camping is perfect. The spaces are large and not at all crowded. But the best part is Jacob. We came in too early and parked in the wrong place to register. But Jacob was so patient with us. He helped us get to the right place at the right time. He really made us feel welcome. We were only there for one night, but look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Loved our site. The bathrooms were unusable. They were dirty and so hot you would be covered I sweat before drying off.

Beautiful campground and our site B20 was on the water with a huge green area next to it as if we had a park all to ourselves. Wish we could've stayed longer. We have a 35 foot 5th wheel which was no problem at all. Loved it! Bring your bikes or hike to Two Rivers and beyond. Amazing bike trail along the river and over the bridges.

This is a very large and well-maintained park. We were there one night during Halloween weekend October 22. They make a big deal about it and people put up a lot of Halloween decorations. I think we had the best site f20 which was an end site, and we had a beautiful view of the river. We also liked a lot of the wooded area sites. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent park & weve stayed here many times. Sites are well laid out. Close to grocery shopping too.

Was there for 2 weeks. Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. Staff were helpful and responsive. Good biking nearby. Near enough and yet far enough away from town. Close to hikes and walks.

Great location and next door to Pinnacle Mtn State Park. Sites were level and well-spaced. A few like B20 are full sun so pick carefully.

Gate people were great! Very nice ,quiet ,clean grounds. Pet friendly. Easy check-in. We'll be back. It's our favorite place to get away. Also easy to get boat in river. See ya'all soon.
