Tried to cancel reservation numerous times on the same day that it was made, I was not able to cancel or use the reservation, gave error message. Contacted Reservation.gov, spoke to someone (very nice person) said they were emailing the Maumelle location to request cancellation and refund. A week has passed with no reply except for asking how did I enjoy our stay. We did not stay.

This was our first COE campground and we could not have been more pleased with our stay! Even though we stayed during a snowstorm, it was the best. We were in Site A17. This site is a pull-thru with water and electricity right on the river! It is so close to town and many bike/walking trails and parks. We stayed very busy! The hosts are wonderful and the campground is kept very clean. My husband said the restrooms were clean.

The campground is absolutely beautiful, on the river with mature trees providing plenty of shade. The employees and other guests were all very friendly. The bathroom/showers are a little outdated, but fully functional and kept very clean. Very pet friendly and clean park. I loved my stay!

Loved our time at Maumelle. Great park but why in the world dont they have soap in ANY of the bathrooms. We stayed three days here and there was never soap. We also visited different bathhouses and it was all the same. Gross.

Great park. Always friendly people and sites are well spaced out. Park and sites are very level.

Water even with inline filter was not good; smell. It was quiet but not knowing what to expect, was surprised by an open field for the rv sites. The road was also torn up. Still enjoyed the trip but don't think we would return.

We were only there for the night but we had a beautiful pull through site parallel to the water with a great view of the sunrise. We drove through sleet to get there and it was very cold (26 degrees) in the morning. Our rig was still covered with ice but the restroom was warm and clean. I had accidentally left something on in the car so our battery was dead. Fortunalely a campground employee making the rounds and gave us a jumpstart and we continued on our way. We plan to visit again in warmer weather.

First time the pull-thru A-17 was available, so I thought parking would be easier than backing in. It was not. The half-circle shape of many Corps of Engineers pull-thrus makes it next to impossible to park without unhooking the car first. And my 45-foot motor home should not have been allowed into this site in the first place. It is not big enough. BUT the walking trails more than make up for the inconvenience of setting up. However, I will reserve back-in sites in the future.
Very nice park and able to handle our large RV. We had a beautiful site. A17

Beautiful park. We stayed in A17 which was a pull through with full hookups. The pull through was situated so our RV living areas faced the beautiful river. Sites are well spaced and the grounds are nicely maintained. Did not use the restrooms, so cannot comment on that. The Alabama River Trail is nearby and we were able to ride our bikes all the way downtown and back. Will go to this campground again.

If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
