Beautiful sites on the water. Lots of walking. Great for dogs. But No one picked up poops and there were no poop bags available. Bathrooms were little outdated and not real clean. But overall would stay again.

Such a beautiful area with terrific views of the River. Campsites are very spacious. The only negative was my water pressure was not the best. But I managed. Ill certainly visit again.

Our view of the river was excellent at B2. We will definitely stay at Maumelle Park again.

Overall the park was well kept, there was plenty of room between camp sites, most sites are pretty level. There are several sites right beside the Arkansas river but there is quite a bit of traffic down this row of camp sites. If you want to be more secluded move back a couple rows from the river. There are playgrounds for kids located different places around the park. There is a nice Kroger store just a couple miles from the park. Overall a well shaded park that is well kept only thing you could wish for is sewer hookups. Plenty of over the air tv channels.

This is a very large campground with nice amenities, especially the bathroom and shower facilities. However, of the hundred or so camp sites, I was the only one in a tent. This campground is for those traveling through or for the local RV type campers. Just stayed one night as I was headed back home from a 2 week adventure in Colorado.
