Always enjoy our stay at Maumelle Park. With a variety of sites from which to choose, this park is our go-to park when in the area. Next to the Arkansas River, near hiking trails, and close to paved walking paths.

This is a large RV park and a variety of sites from which to choose. Far outside the city to enjoy the outdoors and Arkansas River but also close to a grocery store, restaurants, and other shopping.

If you want to move spots every other day, then this is your place. They do not have any process for checking in, so the two that run this place have no CLUE what is going on. The woman drove by numerous times asking campers their names and if they checked in.........sad because the park is very pretty.

The park is beautiful, the area around is amazing. Only bad experience was the check in person, who was quite rude when I was explaining that I had had difficulties with the online process, so our reservations were split into 2 #s, not just one continuous stay. No changes on their part, but trying to explain it. She was verbalizing that if I had messed it up, she could fine me, not allow us to stay, ect, ect. I explained that the online process was confusing and I was just trying to give you the reason the reservations were as they were. The next day, a different person, totally different experience. Overall, very nice place.

This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the river. Plenty of space and places to do outdoor activist. All the camp sites are well maintained. Would recommend this park to anyone.

Arrived at our site at 3:45pm, which had been reserved weeks before, to find it occupied. Had to wait for host to call the occupants, and have them come and get their trailer. What happened to the 2pm checkout time? We had to sit and wait to occupy our site.

We have stayed here twice this year and have really enjoyed the peace & quiet. We have stayed both times in the west end of the park. This end has wide back in spaces so you can park both rv and toad side by side.
