Have stayed here many times when visiting Little Rock. Park and staff have always been great. This last time there was a problem, upon checking out the person at the counter was Rude and condescending, perhaps having a bad day? Will not let us stop coming as we love this park. Hope for better next time .

Bathroom was very clean Noticed what seems to be homeless people staying overnight and using the bathroom and shower each time weve been they come in around dark and leave each morning and then repeat it over again

Amazing views, quiet! Caught the moon rise on the water at night it was unbelievable. Bathrooms were good too

The space that we had was 34B. When we arrived the couple next door were using our table with their dogs tied to it. The rain was so hard the first night that we were there, that our motorhome was in a lake. The spaces around us were not like that & had very good drainage. Also, husband left a high/low surge protector, 50 amp & when the lady working the office went to check on it, it was no longer there. The spaces across the street would have been better with a better view.

While I havent been to what I consider a lot of COE campgrounds, maybe a dozen, this one probably is the nicest one we have utilized. Easy to navigate around, lots of space between units, clean and well maintained. The big plus was the site that backed up to the water. This campground is definitely on our radar to return for a full 2 week period.

We enjoy our camping at Maumelle Park. A large spacious rv park run by the Corp of Engineers. A variety of campsites- on the river, in the woods , or in between. Away from the hustle-bustle of the city but close to shopping, grocery stores, or restaurants. Near to one Arkansass State Parks.

It was a lovely camping area. I was surprised that there is no soap in the restroom....and, of course, I forgot it the next time I needed it. The only down side was that we were in site B34. There is a sizeable dip in the camper site. It rained all night and we woke to being surrounded by an ankle deep lake. Literally the only way to get to our car or the restroom was to be barefoot and roll up our pant legs. This was not a great way to break camp.

This was a very good experience and we hope to stay there on our return trip. We had a back-in site right on the river with plenty of shade. The lack of full hook-ups is the only negative

Very nice and quite camp ground with camp sites spread out nicely. Park is well maintained and kept clean.

We only had a one night stop, but the campground was clean, well kept, and nice. The view of the river was excellent. The spaces have lots of room between and a nice level pad to park. Great place to park for one night or an extended vacation!

The site was very good and the bathrooms were very clean and the facility has hot showers but no soap in the bathroom the view of the lake is amazing and we really enjoyed our time there

Clean and beautiful environment that is well maintained. A little surprising how close in to the town the park is, but it did not detract from the experience at all. We used Maumelle as a one night stop-over this time. We plan to use it again--hopefully for a longer stay in the future.
