Lovely small park on the Arkansas River. Has a great playground for the kids. Only drawbacks here are the shower house and no sewer connections. Shower houses are not very nice at all. We didnt use them so depending on how long you camp here that could put a strain on your camper holding tanks. There is a dump station near the park entrance tho.

A great base of operations for activities in and around Little Rock. Tent campers beware - this area is prone to flooding and all the ground is clay.

Campsites were nice. My wife ended up getting locked out (9:15 pm on a Saturday) because no one bothered to tell us they locked the gate after a certain time. Dump station was VERY unsanitary. Waste would come out a second hole when you open dump valve. No water pressure on the hose at the station to rinse or run tank flush. Could be a real gem of a park with a little TLC.

The park is very nice. We enjoy staying there. The only complaint that we have is the pond/water area behind sites 12 thru 20 needs to be cleaned up around the edge so you can fish. The Lillie pads has taken it over and the brush along the edge of the water needs to be removed

Very pretty park on the Arkansas River. Grate Core Park. New Bathrooms and Showers are awsom,
