This campground provides a nice getaway. It provides a lot of scenery of the river and real estate to get your steps on. While there are not a lot of off -road trails or swimming area,,,well thats maybe the attraction for us. I/we love it!!!

Nice campground, but the grass has not been mowed in a while. Dump station did not have water connection to allow you to connect to your RV in order to flush tanks.

Due to bad weather, we tried to change this reservation to a future date, or to see what we could do through Recreation.gov to accommodate, and unfortunately, Recreation.gov told us that this specific site did not allow us to modify or change reservations. Terrible process for someone trying to abide by the.

Willow Beach campground is a good value. The sites are large, and the park is quiet.

The park was peaceful and beautiful. The bathrooms were in decent condition. I took off 1 star because the speed bumps at the entrance of the park scratched up my RV jacks.

We loved this campground. Our site was on the water, the sites were spread apart, and the restrooms were clean.

Large, shady campsites on the water. Some noise from the airport a couple of miles away and birds chirp all night in the trees above the camper. Overall, one of the best values in the area when using the America the Beautiful discount.
Dump station is a long distance away but OK if only towing a tote-tank every 3rd or 4th day.

Nice site with beautiful sunset, easy back in, nice well trimmed trees didn’t need to worry about height. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very nice, scenic campground located on a lake off the Arkansas river. Super nice staff; clean bathhouse/rest rooms.

This is an excellent COE campground. The large trees provide shade. 50 amp electric and water worked as expected. Most of the sites have lots of grassy area between them. There is one dump station near the entrance of the park which is not close to the camping area so you have a long way to tow a waste tank if you need to dump during your stay. The day use part of the park is huge but gets very little use and the campground is isolated from the day use and boat ramp traffic anyway. It is very quiet except for an occasional airplane. I have camped at Willow Beach 3 times and will return next summer.

Dump station closed! Grass need cutting!!!! Fell in a while because the grass was deep. Bathrooms were ok but bugs and spider webs everywhere. We canceled out 2nd night and went to a different Rec. Gov park.

We ran inot some traffic delays along the way and notified the camp hosts that we would be late. They were very accomodating, told us not to worry and to be safe. When we arrived, they escorted us to our site after 10 p.m.!The site, the campground the river were all beautiful and perfect and the bathroom facilities were in line with COE Camps and state parks. We will be back.

Had site number 8 in late November. Pecan and acorns rained on the roof. Nice new cement slab not level and no backstop. Be careful not to back off slab

Peaceful, large spaces, beautiful - near the lake/river edge.. Power and water at each campsite. Dump station on the way out.

Site 4 backs up to water with picnic table, fire ring, and grill. Unlevel spot, but knew that beforehand.

We came here on our maiden voyage, traveling with friends. We are spoiled! This is a clean, spacious, COE with a beautiful view of the river.
