We showed up to our spot. Great location by trees. set up camp but as time went on we realized that other people liked our spot to constantly driving by looking people walking next to our spot to get shade and swim. We have a dog so i had to hold her leash constantly. It seemed to be a free for all old western mentality. Guys would show up and park in Reserved spots and refuse to leave. A couple showed up that had planed their trip months in advance and asked if i would share my site because the guy next to us would not get out of their spot some jerk in a van. We found out this happen to other campers who paid to reserved as well. I said yes we had the room they were very nice people.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crossroad Campground. We were able to reserve a spot on the river, which we enjoyed very much. We hope to stay there again soon. When we first arrived there was someone getting ready to set up in our spot because it was empty and the reservation card had not been updated. There was no camp host, I’m assuming was because of Covid, and people coming in without reservations had no one other than other campers to answer questions.

Very nice, well kept, we were just yards from the river. Friendly Hosts. It was a bit limited on how far you could walk your pretty much fenced in unless you walk our to the road. Close to Parker 7 miles and 1 mile from small store.

We liked the spacing of the sites. We would camp there again. The camp host was very helpful. It would be helpful if you gave us some sort of marker to find the location. It was hard to find. Thank you for the opportunity.

These Hosts are the best you ever had here.

We stayed there during the week so the campground was quiet. No OHVs allowed in the campground. Campsites away from the river are nothing special. We think boat traffic on weekends would make it a noisy place. Wild burros came through the campground to drink at the river. We especially enjoyed hiking into the hills across the road.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
