The group camp ground hosts were amazing. The communication from them prior to arriving was awesome and sure helped our whole group out even before arriving. The sites were clean and ready for us all. All the sites are flat with plenty of room and space in between for privacy but also close enough for us all to gather in center common area for meals and games. Bob and Charlotte met everyone upon arrival and got us all checked in. The facilitys were perfect, clean and well maintained. I give them both a five star rating!! Oh! and the fishing was great too!

It was disappointing when we first arrived to the camp first of all, there was trash thrown all over outside from the bathroom trash that they hang up by the water, which we ended up picking up, even though the camp was around several times. A little too much to appoint where is kind of invasive he was going up to our tents to talk to people which I felt was a little bit inappropriate. The second night we had music going on. It was about 8 PM. We had the camp hostess come and tell us we needed to turn it down Because they couldnt hear their TV In their camper and we needed a permit to have a PA System .first of all. It was a simple karaoke machine again it was eight pm in the city you dont even have to keep your volume down till 10pm It was not inappropriate music or anything just our family having fun. So that was disappointing. Everything with PG because we had kids. again, I think just the invasiveness of him coming to our tents and continuously Interrupting us to talk while we were trying to be together. The amount of times they were going to the bathroom and stuff really bothers me that there were so much trash all around it when we first got there seems like they shouldve got that done with all the times they go there.

Bob and. Charolette were amazing Camp Hosts. They made sure our group was well taken care from greeting them, making sure bathrooms were clean, hand washing station set up, limiting traffic in and out (we had reserved the entire area), and being available if anything was needed. They were a hit to out group! Marriage Champions Marriage Retreat 2024

I didn’t realize I rented out the whole camp site because there was no option. Up side was we stayed up late and didn’t have to worry about being noisy. Nice area that’s some what close to lake, but closer would be Spillway camp site. Very flat area and woke up to elk walking into our site with one getting into our stuff, but very cool. One Men/woman’s bath room for whole site but cleaned daily with water supply. Grills in center of site were great for grilling, but be ready to clean the grill a little. Other than that it was a great time out doors.
