Nice campground and excellent host Jim, he was very hospitable and informative. Would highly recommend bringing bug spray and citronella candles.

Nice spacious group sites with good amount of picnic tables. Good shade and plenty of space for tents, hammock and space for the kids to play. Not quite enough bear lockers for the big group we had.
No running water and port-a-potties is a big negative. And the port-a-potties are pretty gross by the end of the weekend.
Camp host could be a little more tolerant of allowing more than two cars at a time to pack up. She insisted that the cars only be next to the camp site for 15 minutes, which is not much time to pack up a car after camping. I like that there are no cars driving through on a regular basis and it makes it safe for kids, but for packing up, 15 min and only two cars at a time is not enough when you have several families on a big group camp site. I have been to this campsite three times, but likely won't go back because of the lack of running water and toilets.
