Absolutely LOVED clamping in Cabin 20. Previous reviews were so helpful in knowing what all to bring. We were ready, and packed everything for a week at Redbridge, which by the way is the best of all the camping sites in the ANF. The only complaint we had was the beds - they were like sleeping on a picnic table. Next trip we'll pack air mattresses. However, we made it work by putting the single mattresses (2) under the one full size mattress and voila! Comfortable nights' sleep. We loved it so much we're planning a fall trip and another next summer. What an amazing and wonderful trip back to our old stomping grounds...love the ANF!

Had an excellent time at cabin #20 in Red Bridge. My sons and grandson did a fishing trip in May. So nice to come back to a clean and dry camp. Did all our cooking over the fire. Nice to have a fire pit and a charcoal grill. Only two slight inconveniences, the placement of the fridge on the floor and lack of cabinet space. Sleeping quarters were great, a lot of space. Our campground hosts were wonderful, can't remember their names, very personable and loved their two Doberman pups.

This was a perfect cabin for me and my son during the 2nd week of trout fishing. The cabin is rustic: bring linens, cookware, silverware, and towels. Only drawback was the A/C wasn't working. It was 80 degrees the week of 4/10.

Lovely campground and facilities maintained to the best of campground host capabilities. Unfortunately Alleghany Site Management seems irresponsible. The cabin I stayed in had non-functional A/C/heat unit. ASM knew about the problem (pretended not to), according to the camp host, ASM is wrapped up in a warranty battle with the manufacturer. Partial refund requested for that and some safety concerns. I have been waiting 3 + weeks to hear back.
