Camp sites were excellently maintained and ready upon our arrival. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom facilities were maintained daily and in very good condition. I've camped here since the 90's and the campground has always been very accommodating and in great condition.

The camping was great, the high water made for bad fishing. Guess thats why its called fishing and not catching.

We had the best time at this campground. The Hosts Allen, and Kim were very friendly and hospitable and made us feellike we were family. We will definitely go back.

There was only 3 campers in the park. It was very quiet. Getting to the campground there was a part of the road was dirt and rough..

The road leading in was horrible - washboard conditions and only wide enough for one rig. Would have been interesting if we encountered another camper!! The campground itself is wonderful but the challenge to get there is something we will not do again!

If you want a little quiet getaway in the middle of nowhere this is the place for you! Clean campgrounds easy in and easy out with nice water view! Love this place

Beautiful park on the Alabama River. We loved it. Most sites have river access nearby with several fishing docks

Extremely calming and beautiful area off the beaten path. Poor cell reception. There is a dirt one lane road between the county road and park road for about a mile. It was fine and very worth it. Good showers and laundry.

Park and people were nice enough but the road getting there is terrible. It rained while we were there and I was afraid that we were not going to be able to traverse the clay and slippery road to get out back to the paved road. Stressful experience. Ended up with clay mud all over the truck and camper but we made it out. Thank goodness!

The park is the Destination, secluded in the Black Prairie area of the Alabama River, Nature has been untouched. Fishing, boating, hiking and abundant wildlife . Well kept park and play ground.
