Bluff Creek has the potential to be a great campground!!When you arrive the gatehouse has signs that they need volunteers. You realize this after you get into the campground.... the sites were covered with leaves, the grass could use some cutting, etc. The volunteers that are there can only do so much. Sadly the boat ramp isn't there any longer due to washing out. You have to launch your boat at another launch which is 3 miles away. We did enjoy our stay but wish the Corps of Engineers would come in and fix the boat ramp and give this campground some TLC. It could be one of the better campgrounds on the lake if it had some things updated and fixed.

Great site#43. Great camp hosts! Campground is well tended to and bathhouses were spacious and clean. Lots of deer was a plus.

The boat ramp needs to be open redone it take 20 miles just to have a boat there once you go put in comeback to camp then got to go load up then come back to camp to get camper on top of gas for the boat is a real hassel

Camping excellent but ridiculous when got take your boat 5 miles down road then drive back to camp.then same thing to load it that's 20 miles need fix the boat dock ever one was complaining

We had another great fishing trip to Bluff Creek as always. Met and chatted with Kay & Anna, some of the volunteer hosts and they were awesome! We were so excited to hear that a portion of the campground will be open year round this year. We love fall/winter camping! We really wish the entire campground would be open all year due to the excellent fishing there. We have been going at least twice a year since 2011 for our week long fishing trips and have made lots of awesome memories! & friends over the years. Thanks for a great little park and please consider keeping the entire area open year round in the coming years!
