What a beautiful lake! Wonderful campsites, and super clean bathrooms. The only thing that I would recommend would be to have a limitation on the hours of use for generators.

My sister and I had 046 campsite across from the camp host. She was awesome! My kids and grandsons have been going there for a few years. Love Fremont lake!

Fremont Lake is a beautiful campground that is generally quiet and peaceful. We camped here in early June. The camp host was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were camping in site 46, it was easy to level our 32 ft 5the wheel and we had a beautiful view. The only issue was it was on the main straight away from the boat ramp and the day use area. It wasn’t the traffic itself, that is to be expected, it was the speed of the traffic. Some vehicles didn’t even slow down for the speed bumps. All in all it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed the surrounding areas, especially the town of Pinedale. We would camp there again.

Really nice campground. Well spaced sites and clean. The lake is superb and the Pinedale area offers great outdoor activities. My only issue with it is it allows generators. Unfortunately we had someone stay a couple sites away that ran their generator a lot, not during quiet hours, but a lot outside that time. Whenever their generator was off - it was so enjoyable. Others ran their generators as well, but it was 30 minutes here...30 minutes there, and was fine. I run on solar and love quiet. I understand generator use, but maybe they should restrict it more and this campground would be amazing.

Fremont Lake was one of the most scenic places we have ever camped. We prepared for no hookups and didnt miss them. We had snow (end of May) at the beginning. Of our stay, which made it magical. The trails at the top of Skyline Drive were too snow covered to hike but we explored the area anyhow. Green River Lakes were unreal! We had and needed a Jeep to get up the 19 mile dirt road. One of the prettiest places I have been. Pinedale is close by and is a great town. The Mountain Men museum was a great stop. All in all an A+!
