Beautiful setting. Campsites nicely spaced/dispersed for privacy. Clean toilets. Nice, friendly hosts.

We were in site 10B. Backing into this site is difficult with a 30 ft trailer because the road is not wide enough to allow for the movement of the towing vehicle to the extent needed without running over grass and other site barriers (many before us had done this evident by the destroyed log edger). The site also has a steep slope making it difficult in the backing process as the slope makes the trailer and tow vehicle tip uncomfortably. The road around the loop is too narrow and has low hanging branches making leaving 10B difficult. Trees need removed and branches cut so vents aren't scraped off the top of trailers and driving the loop would mean having more than 2" of clearance on the curves of the loop. The road leading to the campground is also not wide enough for vehicles driving in opposite directions to pass each other and there is no shoulder to pull over onto if you encounter another vehicle.Other than that, the stay was nice. The OHV access to the area was why we were there.

Overall we love camping there, but some picnic tables and fire pits could use some attention.

The camp host was great. The camp site is very well kept.

The scenery is absolutely beautiful but the campground needed more attention, there was garbage in our campsite & you could tell the fire ring hadn't been cleaned out for quite a while. The bathrooms needed cleaning bad...really bad. It was disappointing to see things being neglected.

One of our favorite campgrounds to visit. Host was awesome and attentive to our needs. Will definitely go back again.

The camp host makes this place five stars. She is attentive to details, because of her persistent attention and dedication to each and every site campers are able to relax, feel secure and benefit from the outdoor adventures because of her. If you dont know how to put her in for a cash bonus talk to me and I will show you the forms and you can even pay the taxes so what do you say? I believe you owe her a $500 cash bonus and pay the taxes dont be cheap Thrifty is OK. Cheap is not good.

Lovely campsite, great little lake.

Fabulous view and quiet camp site, but nowhere reasonable to put a tent as the only flat areas were for RV parking, which meant the surface was prepared for vehicles and impossible to drive a tent stake.

Awesome spot! Lots of space and Starlink worked great. Camp host (Kaila) was super friendly and very conversational in sharing info about the area.

Weve stayed a Roubaix a couple times and really enjoyed the peacefulness sitting by the lake and easy access to trails.

Well kept and quiet.

The campsite was clean and relatively level. I have a toy hauler so it's always a bit of an issue when they put that post behind the camper parking area that makes it either difficult or impossible to be able to load and unload my toy box well parked leveled up.

The campground was very well kept and the Host was very friendly and eager to accommodate for our stay. All the guests there at this time were very considerate of everyone's privacy and maintained themselves per the rules.

We love camping at Roubaix lake but this trip was filled with dogs running off leash, generators running around the clock, and drunk people yelling at all hours of the evening. We will be back but hope to go back to our normal spot away from so much rudeness

This campsite was beautiful! Our lot was right on the lake and even though there was a lot of kids down by the lake all day, the noise did not carry very much. The campsite hosts were welcoming and helpful during the whole stay. The grounds were clean and easy to find. There were plenty of places to go walking around the site as well. The only thing that I would say is that the bathrooms near our lot were pretty gross and did not lock at all. Also notable, no cell service which is okay for me but not everyone may like that.What we did: Deadwood was only a few miles away! Lots of restaurants and bars as well as live music. We also were able to spend a day in Custer and Keystone (only about an hour away.) Perfect for hiking and sightseeing.

Fairly empty. Host was nice but a little too bureaucratic. Lake and hiking trails were not great.

Beautiful and spacious campsites in a picturesque wooded national forest. The host was awesome as well. We would definitely stay here again!

The campground has large individual sites, plenty of room for family to play without disturbing neighbors. Camp hosts are friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful and centrally located to all black hills attractions

Beautiful spot, great site, considerate friendly hosts. Would have been 5 star except for $8.00 firewood, that is outrageous!

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
